REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all studio bookings made with the Company. By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges and accepts all terms outlined below relating to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Cancellation by Client
  • 100% Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

2. Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more prior to the session may be accommodated without any additional charges.
  • Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be treated as a new booking, and the original booking amount will not be adjusted or refunded.
3. Cancellation by the Company

In the event the Company must cancel a booking due to technical issues, safety concerns, operational requirements, or any internal circumstances, the Client will be entitled to choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled session at no additional cost.
4. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen emergencies.

By proceeding with a booking, the Client confirms full understanding and acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Company reserves the right to revise or update this policy at its sole discretion. Any changes will be reflected on our official communication channels or website.
